The Animation page - as well as defining the settings for the "Poof" animation that can be used
when items are removed from the Dock - also contains settings that apply to the Dock generally.
Use Poof Animation if enabled and depending on which Effect you choose (Fire or Cloud),
when items are deleted from the Dock, they will appear to be consumed by flames or disappear in
a puff of smoke.
General Frame Rate defines the speed at which individual animation frames are played.
Rotation Animation Duration defines how smoothly the Dock will rotate. The longer the
duration, the smoother the rotation effect.
Fade In / Fade Out Duration defines the speed at which Circle Dock will appear and disappear.
